Gar Sauce is a chili gar-lic hot sauce brand that is influenced by the flavors of the south.

The brand all started way back in 2017 in Pullman, WA. During the weekends I would hit up the Moscow's Farmer's Market just across the border in Idaho. I would score pounds of insane varieties of peppers from local farms and go crazy experimenting with flavors, often, gassing the whole apartment with capsaicin.

In 2020, I ended up in Charleston, SC where I was influenced by the food culture of the South and officially got my start in the craziness that is hot sauce industry.
